FLUID BED PROCESSOR

ATSG

Dry mass is charged into mobile product container .This product container is fitted onto the machine by means of pneumatic pressing device .Fluidization is created by systems induced drought blower .The filtered air passed over by steam heater is induced into product container which in turns creates fluidization effect for the mass .Binder is sprayed from top side (counter current spraying) through spraying system. The continuous fluidization with the help of controlled, filtered hot air removes the moisture from the mass & thus ultimately results in granulation.

Bottom Spray- -The Bottom Spray- method makes it possible to gain excellent results in pellet as well as Powder / Particle Coating .

The combination of Spray Nozzle positioned directly in the product bed & controlled product motion- Co current motion is made possible by inner partitions finally results in extremely quick coating /drying process.

High shear Agglomeration by means of either top or bottom driven mixing blades in a close container is a well known processing option in pharma Industry. Agglomeration in the Fluid bed system is a modern & sophisticated method of creating granules from different powders by using liquid as a binder media.

The liquid to be sprayed can be either aqueous-water / Organic solvents or a binder dissolved solution.

The moist granulates are dried & if required cooled. This ultimately results in relatively low mechanical forces in the fluid bed so incredibly soluble granules in water. The granule properties can be controlled over wide range by setting different parameters like Bulk density, Porosity ,Size.

OINTMENT MANUFACTURING PLANT ( Top Entry )

The Ointment Manufacturing Plant Top Entry Model(TE) is a perfect consolidated system for Ointment/Cream, lotion manufacturing. It consist Wax vessel, Water Phase vessel, Manufacturing Vessel with built in Homogeniser, Storage vessels, Ointment Transfer Pump, Metering Pump, Interconnecting Pump, All the interconnected piping & working platform.

The Manufacturing vessel operates under vacuum eliminating the problem of aeration in the product.

The unique anchor design of agitator along with floating Teflon scrappers facilitates the thorough mixing without risk of charring at vessel walls. The built in homogeniser ensures thorough emulsification of both the phases. The material transfer from one vessel to another is done either by vacuum or by transfer pumps thus making the entire process untouched.

The Ointment manufacturing plant is 21 CFR part 11 complied. It is fully equipped with sophisticated Instrumentation & automation. PLC with HMI or Industrial PC is provided along with the machine
